• You must be a female 24 to 54 years old.

• Evaluate the facility, service, and cleanliness of the establishment in a report with Y/N and supporting narrative
• Pre-visit phone call
Compensation:
• $15 without purchase
• $25 with purchase, plus up to $85 reimbursement.
