Hello, shoppers!
I am scheduling FUN shops at a popular kids' store where shoppers build a toy car to take home!
You will receive a $10 shopper fee. There is a $5 bonus if you bring a child with you!
Reimbursement, Depending on your scenario:
* Freewheeling Car ($41 plus tax)
* Radio Control Car ($58 plus tax)
You may spend more if you choose to, but these are the approved expenses for this shop.
We are evaluating them on customer service, knowledge and sales skills. Enter your assigned location and follow the flow of the shop questionnaire. You can say this is your first time and you wanted to see how it worked. Don't lead the conversation. We want to know how helpful they were and the outcome of your visit. There is a purchase required. For this purchase you (or your child) will select components to build either a freewheeling or a R/C car.
You must let me know ahead of time which car you will be purchasing, as the client needs an even mix of both scenarios.
These are the ONLY days and times that the shop can be performed by location:
FREEHOLD, NJ: Sunday 12:00-6:00; Monday 1:00-5:00; Tuesday 1:00-5:00; Wednesday 2:00-7:00; OR Thursday 1:00-5:00.
DALLAS, TX: Sunday 12:00-6:00; Monday 11:00-3:00; Tuesday 11:00-3:00; Wednesday 11:00-3:00 OR Thursday 11:00-3:00.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA: Sunday 12:30-6:30; Monday 1:30-5:30; Tuesday 2:00-6:00; Wednesday 3:00-7:00; OR Thursday 3:00-7:00.
SHOPPERS MUST:
* Read the instructions AND the entire form so you are completely clear on the requirements of this shop. The instructions must be
followed completely in order for your shop to be accepted.
* Complete your shop on the correct day/time assigned to you by your scheduler.
* Comments: Please provide a step-by-step account of your visit starting with the greeting until you leave the showroom. Your
interaction with the showroom manager is very important. All NO answers must be explained in your comments.
* Submit the report within 24 hours of the shop. Watch for emails and check your home page for a few days after your report is
submitted. The editors will contact you if they need additional information and you need to respond immediately.
* Payment: Shoppers must use our PayPal system to get paid. Payments are submitted to PayPal approximately 60 days after
the last day of the month in which they were shopped. Shoppers must set up their own PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
