KSS International, Inc. is now scheduling some fun and easy Hardware shops!
You must be able to complete ALL 7 locations!
You will be evaluating customer service standards, cash handling
procedures, overall appearance of the store, and you will be asked to
purchase an item. You may purchase any ONE item you'd like; however,
we would like you to spend between $3 to $4. You will be reimbursed
for the ONE item you purchase, as long as you upload your receipt.
The shop requires that you spend a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes in the store
