Summit Scheduling has partnered with GFK to schedule Home Mortgage Shops that pay $150.
These shops are completed by PHONE AND/OR EMAIL. NO VISIT to the branch will EVER be required.
Requirements:
* You must be in a financial position to apply for a home loan.
* One applicant (you or your co-applicant) must be employed (not self-employed.)
* No Bankruptcies, Short Sales, Foreclosures in the past five years.
* You must live within 30 miles of the location you are applying for.
* If you are married, both you and your spouse must consent and be approved for the shop by our client. Only the shopper is required to speak to the Home Loan Banker.
CREDIT SCORE QUESTIONS:
* Will my credit score be affected? NO. The bank will get your consent to pull your credit report on “Your Behalf.†This means that when your credit is pulled, it will be pulled by you and placed in the file. This is considered a SOFT HIT and when individuals pull their own credit, it DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR SCORE!
* Do I have to submit paperwork to the bank? NO. You are only pre-qualifying for a home loan. You will not submit any bank records, pay stubs, etc.
Why do these shops pay so much?
* Because it can take a couple weeks to get you fully qualified to perform a shop. I’ve provided the steps below and I will help you get through each step!
Step 1: Become a shopper with GFK: https://www.cybershoppersonline.com/GfK.smart.shopper/
Step 2: Take the Shopper Quiz (You must pass this quiz to be a GFK shopper â€" no exceptions.)
Step 3: Self Assign a Shop Qualification Vin (a few simple questions about yourself to prequalify for the shop.)
Step 4: Acknowledge and Consent to the shop guidelines (read the information, click a box and consent to the shop.)
Step 5: Each Monday, we send a list of shoppers out who have consented. We receive an approval list from the bank on Friday of that week. If you are approved by the client to conduct the shop, you will be assigned a shop.
Step 6: Shop assigned (You are so close to conducting the shop!)
Step 7: Take actual shop quiz (a few questions about the actual shop.)
Step 8: Conduct Shop (calling the Home Mortgage Banker and applying.)
Step 9: Submit Report and documentation sent to you by the home mortgage banker (email or USPS mail.)
** This process can take a couple of weeks, so it is important that you follow the instructions for each step in a timely manner. My job is to help you get through each step of the process.
Shop Guidelines:
The goal of the shop is to ensure that the mortgage consultants are acting in a responsible manner and offering loan options appropriate to individual financial situations. You will contact a TARGETED Home Mortgage Consultant (and have a back-up should the target not be reachable) and “apply†for a home mortgage loan.
PAYMENT
These shops are paid via Paypal 2-3 weeks after your shop is accepted!
