Hi!
I'm Mandy and I'm mom to Emily who just turned 3 years old last month. I've bee married 5 years - my husband, Todd, is a machinist. I've been a stay at home mom since she was born even though I had intended on going back to work. But she was born when the economy really went south so I was laid off the day before I was suppose to go back to work after maternity leave.
I do some work from home though. I write for GeekMom.com as well as some other freelance writing. I also went back to college and currently am taking all online classes.
I'm really looking forward to being a part of this group!
