Hello shoppers, once again Palm Scheduling Services has the popular, fun and easy digital music shops in your area in AK-AL-AR-CT-DE-FL-GA-MA-ME-MO-MT-SD-VT-WA-WI-WV-WY to be completed on or before SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2011. Weekend evenings are best, but you can go anytime they are open.
Requirements: You must have a digital camera or camera phone and Microsoft Word is preferred, but NOT MANDATORY. You must have email capability to send the survey and pictures.
If you apply for this survey please indicate the date on or by SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2011 that you will conduct the survey.
Payment: $14.00 Payment is made via PayPal only within 30-45 days from the date of the shop. Be sure to register for free at http://www.paypal.com if you have not already done so.
In addition to the pay, you will also be reimbursed costs such as parking, cover charge, tolls, etc. (Not food and drink)
Special Note to you all: If you do not feel comfortable going into the establishment (if it is a strip club or located in a bad area, etc.) please let me know! You can then just take the 3 outside photos and are not required to go inside. You will be paid half of the regular shopper fee ($7) if you only take outside pictures.
SHOP REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Enter the establishment, making a visual survey so that the survey can be completed after exiting
2.) Record the occupancy posting (if more than one room or floor, there may be several postings); if none, estimate square footage or be able to compare to a building that most would be familiar with (i.e. coffeehouse, restaurant, grocery or even a school gymnasium)
3.) Pick up promotional materials, if any (i.e. calendars, flyers, etc.), as this will assist you in completing the survey
4.) Take 3 exterior digital pictures (preferably in the daylight):
Front of building, include signage / Signage (name and marquee) (If stand alone building, side angle picture of building)
5.) If possible take 2 pictures of interior of location.
6.) Report - takes 5 minutes to fill out in email format or in Microsoft Word.
