Just fyi, although it is "on sale" and "only" $129.99, you can usually get opk's for $1 or less. Even if you tested 10 times each cycle, twice a day for five days, and it took you one year to get pregnant, that would be cheaper than the fertility monitor.
I have not really seen many women succeed with the fertility monitor, although I have seen many women succeed with the opk.
If women on average are getting pregnant in 3-4 cycles, then they only need to spend $30-40 tops on ovulation testing, whereas once you buy the monitor you don't get any money back if you get pregnant before you start to reach a break even point.
I would not recommend buying a monitor unless you can't use the pee sticks for some reason.
I don't know how long the 30 test strips that ship with the monitor last, but after they are used, I suspect you have to purcahse more expensive strips.
