Hi Shoppers.
For this mystery shop, you must have a prescription to refill (but if you have a new prescription, we can probably work with that too). In this project, we are evaluating several different pharmacy chains - service, wait time, appearance - in a few areas of each store. You are required for this shop to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. New mystery shoppers are welcome too!
These shops require you to transfer a prescription from one pharmacy to another. You can either use your own prescription or one from a friend or family member. We do reimburse up to $10 for the co-pay, in addition to paying you $25 for the mystery shop.
Some shops require a visit to the clinic. There are many well-check type visits that can be done such as:
* Blood Pressure Check
* Cholesterol Screen
* Health Screening
* Travel Health Check
* Pregnancy Test
* Allergies/Minor Illnesses and Injuries
If your shop requires a clinic visit, we will reimburse OUT OF POCKET expense up to $100 for clinic service. You can use insurance if it benefits you in getting up to a deductible, etc. Clinic service is Typically $80 or less.

Florida: Boynton Beach, Davie, Deerfield Beach, West Palm Beach
Illinois: Broadview, Chicago, Evanston, Mundelein, Tinley Park, Vernon Hills
Maryland: Aberdeen, Baltimore, Bel Air, Cockeysville, Ellicott City, Silver Spring, Towson
Minnesota: Apple Valley, Blaine, Burnsville, Champlin, Chaska, Eden Prairie, Edina, Fridley, Lakeville, Maple Grove, Minneapolis, Minnetonka, North Saint Paul, Otsego, Richfield, Roseville, Saint Paul, Shoreview, St Louis Park, Waconia, West St Paul, Woodbury
New Jersey: Clifton, Edgewater, Hackensack, Linden, Watchung
New York: College Point, Levittown, Staten Island
Texas: Humble, Pasadena, Webster
