We have a Burger Mystery Shop that needs to be done in different shifts (dinner/lunch) and on Weekend/Weekday. There is a 2-day "Location" rotation, so if you put a date in the database another shopper may be doing that location too close to your date. Please try another date. If it still doesn't work, please let me know.
If you are signing up as a new shopper and can't see the shops, just let me know. I will have to activate your account for you to see them.
Lunch: 11:00am-2:00pm
Dinner: 5:00pm-9:00pm
Shopping Dates: Between TODAY and Sunday, August 12
Reimbursement: $14
Shop Instructions:
* PLEASE BE DISCREET! Take pictures on your camera phone/ camera.
* In the Store Cleanliness section: Include a picture of the dining room leading in to the kitchen (this should be easy as each location has an open kitchen)
* In the Food Quality section: Include a picture of your food
* In the Satisfaction Survey section: Include a picture of whatever made the biggest impression on you while you were on the shop. Please do NOT go up to an employee and take a picture! This can be a good or bad picture. For example, you can take a picture of the employees (discreetly, from a distance), your food again, or if you found a bad part of your visit, even the bathrooms, food that you didn't like, etc.
Minimum Order Requirements:
* 1 burger, 1 order of fries (or another side choice is OK), 1 drink (fountain or bottled) or 1 milkshake. (around $3.99 for regular burger,$2.89 for fries, $4.29 for milkshake-prices may vary depending on location)
* An itemized receipt is preferred, but a credit card only receipt is acceptable.
* You may go alone or with guest(s).
* Count the number of staff behind the counter, as well as the number of patrons in line.
* Record exactly how long it took you to place the order and exactly how long it took to receive the order. Use a cellphone or watch, discretely, to make note of these times. This is VERY important.
* Review the shop report before going on the visit.
* Do NOT order your full meal. Order a partial meal and wait to see if the staff member offers upsells (drink, fries, dessert, etc.)
* You MUST go on your scheduled date.
