restaurant with locations in Portland, Corvallis, and Eugene (whichever
is most convenient to you)
Order requirements:
• 1 entree
• 1 beverage
• 1 side OR 1 dessert
• Additional items are welcome.
• $12 reimbursement
This shop can be done alone, or with a guest.
Lunch or dinner shops available for each location!
If you are interested I need the following information:
• Name
• Date of birth
• Best phone number to reach you at
• Mailing address
• PayPal email address (if you would like PayPal payment)
**If you do not have a PayPal account, a paper check will be sent to the
mailing address you provide.
I cannot tell you the name of the client at this time due to
confidentiality, but once you are registered with us I can disclose the
client name and exact locations. If you have any questions regarding
