You must be in a financial position to apply for a home loan in “real life;" however, your credit score WILL NOT BE AFFECTED. Either you or your spouse must be a full time employee (at least one person’s income cannot be primarily from independent contractor work.) Our client has contracted with us to evaluate the overall performance of their home mortgage bankers.
The goal of the shop is to ensure that the mortgage consultants are acting in a responsible manner and offering loan options appropriate to individual financial situations. You will contact a TARGETED Home Mortgage Consultant (and have a back-up should the target not be reachable) and “apply†for a home mortgage loan. PLEASE NOTE: THIS SHOP WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR CREDIT SCORE.
The client is also having a drawing for ipads, ipods, and $50 gift cards. Every shopper who gets approved and completes a shop gets an entry!
Shoppers are paid via PayPal 2-3 weeks after your shop is accepted.
