Hi, I am blond blue eyes 11 kids 6 pregnancies at present. I am located in the Washington DC area, travel to NYC, Chicago, NC, VA, OH, WV, PA, CT, etc. On occasion I have travelled further. Just ask. I travel for NI, or do local AI for free, or I will ship for cost of tyb and over night express mail (about $160).

Please note, I am not going to do long questionnaires or background checks, so thanks for not asking about those.
I test for std's annually or I will update at your expense if you want something more recent.
Last one was April of 2011, and since then there have been several pregnancies, no problems in prenatal screening of any pregnancies for std's either.
I will not email medical records, but I will show you std tests when we meet, and at that time I will thank you for showing me yours as well.
