We have 2 Different Pizza Mystery Shops. There is a 60 Rotation on the same location.
Drive-Thru
- This shop can be done ALONE or with a guest.
- This is a DRIVE THRU visit - DO NOT check the restroom for a drive thru visit
- You must go through the drive thru-and order the pizza in the drive thru
Carry Out
- This shop can be done ALONE or with a guest.
- This is a CARRY OUT assignment
- You are to go to the establishment, order your pizza there, and wait for it. DO NOT CALL AHEAD.
Order Requirements:
- 1 pizza of any size- Additional Items are welcome
- You must take 3 pictures for this visit.
1-the pizza in the box-intact-no slices missing
2-the store's exterior-to see the immediate exterior of the store (take when you are leaving)
3-picture from exterior to include parking lot-must be taken from distance.
- Review the shop report before going on the visit.
YOU MUST EITHER SPEAK SPANISH OR LISTEN TO HEAR THE EMPLOYEES SPEAKING SPANISH. THIS IS IN THE FIRST FEW QUESTIONS OF THE REPORT. IF YOU DO NOT FILL OUT THESE QUESTIONS, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID.
Examples: Say 'Hola' instead of 'Hello', or 'Buenos Dias' (Good Day)
Say "Como estas?" Instead of 'How are you?'
Ask "¿Donde está el baño?" meaning "Where is the bathroom?"
