Young couple seeking a healthy Caucasian donor in Alabama. My husband and I have been trying for 5 years with no luck and recently found out he has a low count and low motility. 1) Are there any mental health issues in your family?
2) Any health issues? Ex. Cancer, heart attacks, tumor, ect.
3) would you want anything to do with the child? If not will you be willing to sign that you will never pursue us or any parental rights?
4) would you be willing to meet more than once if it does not take the 1st time?
5) Please tell me about yourself briefly. Hobbies? Ambitions? Looks? What you do for a living? Anything...
