MarketWise Consulting has immediately available and ongoing mystery shops to evaluate the customer service at a Dry Cleaners in the following cities:
Los Angeles, CA (Beverly Hills and Century City)
Cedar Rapids, IA
Allendale, MI
Grand Haven, MI
Akron, OH
Hartville, OH
Steubenville, OH
Knoxville, TN
You will take something to the Cleaners for laundry or dry cleaning, returning to pick up your order when it is ready. Following your visits you will fill out an online survey to tell us about your experience.
Pay/reimbursement is dependent on location. Please let me know which location you are interested in and I can tell you what the shop pays.
