I have some special Integrity shops at a popular novelty type shop usually located in malls. For this special shop, you will be targeting a specific employee. More details about the employee will be sent to you when you are assigned this shop.
* This shop can be conducted on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday from 10:15AM-12:15PM ONLY. (Please verify store hours.)
For this special shop you will be paid a $15.00 shop fee. You will be reimbursed $25 for your TWO transactions.
Scenario:
Make an initial purchase and note whether the transaction was completed correctly. You will be reimbursed up to $5 for this item. You must get a receipt for this purchase and upload it onto the form.
After completing your first purchase, you must make a second purchase which requires you to do a "Cash Drop."
You should pretend you forgot something after your first transaction has been completed.
As part of the "Cash Drop," you will attempt to leave $20 on the counter and exit the store without the item being rung up.
If possible, describe what the employee does with this money in the narrative. You must select an item that is close to but under $20 including any applicable taxes. You must show the employee the price tag as you drop the money.
You should act as if you are in a rush to leave and you don't have time to wait to be rung up or receive change. You could pretend you have a call or message on your cell phone or that you have an appointment. It is very important to act natural during the cash drop and not appear nervous or uncomfortable. You must note the exact time and location of the cash drop as well as the employee or employees involved.
Shoppers MUST:
. Thoroughly review BOTH the Guidelines AND the report form in your Shop Log prior to going to the location so you will know in advance all questions you will be required to answer. (Note: You must first "Confirm" the assignment before you can see the report. Then you can click on View/Submit to access the form.)
. Identify your target employee--details will be sent to you upon assignment.
. For this special assignment, you will make cash drop for an item at the register with the targeted employee.
. You must detail the entire interaction in the narrative including the name of and a description of the associate you interacted with.
. Describe the employee (name, age, height, and hair color.)
. Submit your report within 24 hours of the shop.
Failure to comply with these instructions will result in nonpayment for the shop.
Payment: Shoppers must use PayPal to get paid.
