I am a blood donor and am negative for all diseases, and have written records of that every 3 months. My group is B Rh +.
I suggest fresh AI, and if you want to go for medical help (IUI or IVF) I may make an effort to come to your place on the right day. Otherwise we may meet halfway, there are many cheap flights throughout Europe.
