For this shop, you'll visit the bank and have an interaction with a personal banker (not a teller.) You'll be asking about accounts and evaluating their customer service skills. It is very important that you not lead them but that you allow them guide the interaction. You will not actually be opening an account with the bank.
This shop pays $20 by PayPal. I can assign two locations per shopper. A business card is required as proof of your visit. Your completed shop form is due within 24 hours of the shop. We ask that you provide a lot of detail and a well written narrative.
