Hi Shoppers,
This particular mystery shop involves going to a flooring retailer and interacting with a sales associate. You will present a scenario that we assign to you (either looking for wood flooring, laminate or an area rug) and find a sales associate to help you. You must be 26 years or older in order to do this shop. Each shop pays $25.
We are interested in hearing which brand and which product the sales associate recommends, and why. In addition you will look and listen for the appearance and cleanliness of the store, availability of merchandising materials, and the overall sales approach.
You may conduct the shop at any time the location is open. The shop will take you about 25 minutes in the store and another 10 minutes to fill out the survey online.
