I am prepared to donate only under medical supervision: after tests you will know that I am a healthy donor and I will know that you are a healthy recipient. I will travel to your doctor's office or fertility clinic as many times as necessary and will not ask you to pay for my transportation.
US citizen. Internationally recognized artist, graduated from a prominent art school. Ethnically and culturally Jewish, as are both of my parents. 5 feet 10 inches tall. Athletic. 38 years old. Natural hair color: black, eye color: black, skin color: white.
Results of the last blood test and the Jewish genetic test (Ashkenazi panel), performed on 3/16/2011, are available: both are excellent. A recent semen analysis confirmed that my semen is of high quality. I am single, do not drink or smoke, have never been arrested or convicted of any crime.
I wish to become a donor by means of an artificial or natural insemination. My assistance is always free and I am open to co-parenting.
