special request; i.e., no onions, no tomatoes), soup, and any size
fountain beverage of your choice!

These shops MUST be completed between 2pm- 5pm ONLY- Monday- Friday
ONLY. Please call location for hours before visiting! These
locations must be shopper either TODAY OR TOMORROW!!
You need to pay with CASH!! ONLY ONE shop per day can be done per shopper.
Shoppers needed to:
Thoroughly review BOTH the Guidelines AND the report form prior
to the site visit.
Complete the shop 2pm-5pm.
Order any MINI SUB, and any size fountain drink AND soup! You
MUST make a special request on your SUB (i.e., no tomatoes, no onions, etc.)
Observe and report on customer service, cleanliness, food, and employees.
Visit the restroom.
Critique the food.
Report on the cleanliness of the store inside and out.
Report on the signage.
Keep your receipt so that you can record the correct number in
your survey. Your shop cannot be submitted without the receipt number.
Provide an account of your experience.
Submit the report within 24 hours of the shop.
Shops paid by PayPal only. Payments are submitted to
PayPal approximately 60 days after the last day of the month in
which the shop was completed.
