Some of the shop requirements are:
- You must conduct this visit between 9pm and midnight.
-You must purchase 1 game of Bowling and shoes (if you have your own this is okay)
- 2 alcoholic beverages and 1 food item.
-You may eat while you are bowling
-You must remain at the bar long enough to observe 5 transactions (including your own) There
will be questions on the report for each. The client is looking for over pouring, cash handling, honesty, etc. Get the description and name of the bartender.
-Please only fill out the appetizer portion of your shopper report for the location you eat your appetizer (i.e. while bowling or at the bar) You can mark N/A and comment N/A for the lane service area if you order at the bar.
-Please make sure to visit the restroom to evaluate cleanliness.
