* Shopper must have ID within the same respective state of the shop, so TX shop shopper must have TX as their resident state
* No restrictions on arrival time or day
* This shop pays $25.
* This shop is scheduling throughout the rest of June.
SCENARIO: Shopper will go and get a check cashed, i.e. payroll, personal check
