The basics about this project:
We do not charge shoppers to shop for us, and do not recommend that you ever pay anyone a fee in order to shop for them!
Shoppers need to be 21-25 to perform Alcohol shops and 18-25 for Tobacco shops. No exceptions.
Each shop pays you a fee of $14 or $16. (The ones that pay $16 have a full grill and have more food items to check for the report.)
There is a purchase requirement (to get a receipt as proof of visit.) You are not reimbursed for this purchase, but it could be anything like a pack of gum, chips, or a candy bar.
· This is a training opportunity for the cashier so please keep in mind: -No facial hair is allowed for male shoppers. -Hats and sunglasses may NOT to be worn while doing your shop.
· You do not actually purchase any Tobacco. You only attempt to make a purchase to see if they follow proper procedures regarding your ID.
· A color printer is needed to print out your Red Card/Green card sheet in your shop Guidelines. You will present the appropriate Red or Green card to the cashier, depending upon the employee’s actions.
· You perform multiple shop locations per day. Please contact Tracy with the locations you would be interested in shopping and she will help work out a convenient route for you!

· Please register to be a shopper on the Confero site at www.conferoinc.com and apply for the shops that interest you!
