We have a Billiards Mystery Shop.
Arrival Times: Between 9pm-11pm
Pay: $40 (plus reimbursement for any applicable cover charges)
Shopping Dates: Friday, June 21 or Saturday, June 22
Details
* Please always check the restaurant's website for hours of operation.
* Order requirements: 2 alcoholic beverages, and 1 food item.
* This shop can be done alone, or with a guest.
* You must play at least one game of pool while on this shop.
* You must sit at the bar for a portion of this shop, to observe the cash handling.
* You must purchase at least one item at the bar, and one while playing pool.
The Purpose of this shop is BAR CASH HANDLING AUDIT. You are to observe the bartender for cash handling and drink making accuracy.
You will be asked to document 5 transactions you observe (your two, plus 3 others). You will be asked what was made, if it looked prepared correctly, and if it was rung in. We are on the lookout for any drinks not rung in, any checks not updated, etc
