Hi, I'm not sure about that particular pump, but I was an exclusive breast
feeder all last year and my best advice for soreness is to use olive oil on
the breast shields and then apply a nipple cream after each pumping. I
used a medela pump, but was feeding two babies at a time, so I used my pump
a lot! The oil and cream combo really helped with the chaffing. If you're
muscles are sore, you might try lowering the suction strength or frequency
or try a new pump.
Hope this helps!
