Hispanic/Latino and Caucasian mystery shoppers needed for Mortgage/Refinance shops in AZ and TX paying $50 per shop. Shoppers will be given an alias profile containing false scenario information to use during the shop. Shoppers will NOT be using their real personal information or giving a SSN; your credit will NOT be affected! Shop training takes place over the Internet; link will be provided to shoppers.
Shops will take place ASAP after training. For Arizona shops completed by Feb. 16, an optional follow-up paid 1 1/2-hour focus group is available that evening in Phoenix. Texas focus groups will take place in Houston at a later date; details TBA. For both locations, in-person focus group pays $75; via telephone pays $50.
